Poster Presentation

All Posters will be displayed for the entire duration of the conference.

Poster Presentation Time :

Presenting authors WILL BE REQUIRED to be present at their poster boards during the entire poster session to answer questions from attendees and experts in the field.

  • Setup hours: March 30(Thur) 08:00 – 09:10
  • Take down hours: March 31(Fri), after 18:00, any posters not removed by 18:00 will be discarded.
  • Place : International Cooperation Building 1F, KIST

Oral Presentation: Young Scientists Session

The Deadline of the Oral Presentation Registration on Young Scientists session: Feb 28, 2017
In addition to your talk, you will be given the opportunity to prepare for a poster and have it displayed in the Exhibit Hall for the entire duration of the Conference. Please see Poster Presentation information below for further instructions.

  • Oral presenter selection : March 15
  • The number of Oral Presenters : 7 people
  • The number of recipients for the Young Scientists Award : 7 people
  • Official Language: English
  • Evaluation factors : Clarity in presentation of data, importance of the work presented, and presentation timing

Guidelines for the Oral Presentation

  • All presenters are required to give a lecture in English for 10 minutes (Q&A included). Time Limits will be strictly enforced.
  • Hand over your presentation file to the Speaker's Lounge (onsite) at least 1 hour earlier than your presentation time.
  • Check KHUPO conference website for updated presentation schedules and further instructions.
