Registration Guideline

All participants are required to register and pay a registration fee. The registration fee includes admission to all scientific and exhibition sessions, coffee breaks, conference bag and abstract book.
Participants are encouraged to register for the KHUPO 17th Annual International Proteomics Conference by Feb 28^th,2017 to take advantage of the reduced fee. (On-site registration: higher than the early registration)

Registration begins Feb. 1th, 2017 via http://2017.khupo.org. For those who do not register in advance, on-site registration is available starting on Mar 30-31, 2017 at International Cooperation Building, KIST, Seoul, Korea.

Definition of Student

A student must be enrolled in education up to Ph.D. level and have a valid student card. If you register as a student, please bring your student card when you pick up your name tag. You can not apply for student registration without proving that you are a student.

Discount for KHUPO Members

The KHUPO members can receive a discount when applying for the registration. You can check whether you are a KHUPO member at the pre-registration stage or KHUPO website (www.khupo.org). Questions regarding the members discount can be sent to KHUPO.

Payment

All the participants are required to register and pay a registration fee by bank transfer or credit card.

Confirmation and Receipt

Once you have completed your registration, you will receive a confirmation email, outlining what you have registered for. If you do not receive this email, either your email was entered incorrectly or your registration is not complete. If this happens, please contact amdin@khupo.org, please do not re-register.

Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation will be accepted by Feb 28th, 2017. A refund with 50% charge will be made to any person canceling their registration prior to Mar 17th, 2017. No refunds will be given for cancellation after this date.
